Ingredients For Healthy Chips Recipe

  • For Healthy Chips

    • 1 beetroot

    • 1 yam

    • 1 potato

    • 1 carrot

    • 1 tsp red chilli flakes

    • 1 tsp onion powder

    • 1 tsp garlic powder

    • 1 tsp black pepper powder

    • 1 tsp dried thyme

How to make Healthy Chips Recipe?

  1. Using a slicer (mandolin) thinly slice the yam, beetroot, potato and carrot into a bowl full of water, add salt and leave.
  2. Drain the chips. On a baking tray drizzle some oil and transfer the chips.
  3. Add olive oil, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, red chilli flakes and pepper powder, mix well.
  4. Bake in the oven at 130-140 degree celsius for 30-45 mins, make sure you flip the chips half way.
  5. Once crisp add salt and serve.
