INGREDIENTS
For Healthy Chips
1 beetroot
1 yam
1 potato
1 carrot
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp dried thyme
PREPARATION
- Using a slicer (mandolin) thinly slice the yam, beetroot, potato and carrot into a bowl full of water, add salt and leave.

- Drain the chips. On a baking tray drizzle some oil and transfer the chips.

- Add olive oil, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, red chilli flakes and pepper powder, mix well.

- Bake in the oven at 130-140 degree celsius for 30-45 mins, make sure you flip the chips half way.

- Once crisp add salt and serve.

Everyone loves to munch chips. In fact, they are our favourite go to snacks. However, eating too many chips is not good for health. So, here chef Ajay makes chips with various vegetables like yam, beetroot, potato and carrot. The chef adds some spices to the dough. He bakes these chips instead of deep frying them.
