Ingredients For French Toast Recipe

    • 5 bread slices

    • 3 eggs

    • 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder

    • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

    • 2 tsp butter

    • 3 tbsp sugar

    • 1 cup milk

How to make French Toast Recipe?

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder and whisk.
  2. Dip 2 bread slices in the egg mixture. Heat butter in a pan, and place the coated bread slices on the pan.
  3. Fry on both sides until brown.
  4. Dust powdered sugar and cinnamon powder on the sweet French Toast.
  5. For the savoury French Toast, whisk milk, eggs, salt and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  6. Dip slices of bread in the egg mixture and place them on the pan.
  7. Cook from both sides and transfer them to a plate. Serve it with baked butter beans, chopped onions and tomatoes.
