INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, mix chopped garlic, chilli flakes, sesame, sugar, soy sauce and mirin.

- Slice the tofu and shallow fry it in oil.

- Fry the tofu until golden brown and pour the sauce into the pan. Cover the pan and let the tofu simmer in the sauce.

- Serve Dubu Jorim with rice and garlic with sesame seeds and spring onions.
