INGREDIENTS
For Cheesecake Base
200 gm chocolate biscuits
50 gm castor sugar
50 gm melted butter
a pinch of salt
For the filling
150 gm hung curd
50 gm cream cheese
100 gm condensed milk
1 cup whipped cream
2 tbsp gelatin
2 tbsp lukewarm water
PREPARATION
- Grind chocolate biscuits to a fine powder, add butter and sugar mix well and form a base on the tin, make sure you press well to form a firm base.

- In a bowl add hung curd, cream cheese, condensed milk and whip all the ingredients together to make a smooth paste.

- In the filing add vanilla essence and fold whipped cream gently.

- Add gelatin in the mix and fold all the ingredients well.

- Pour this mix on the chocolate base and top the cream with chocolate crust.

- Place the tin in the refrigerator to chill for 10 to 12 hours.

- Ice the cake with whipping cream.

- Decorate the cheesecake the way you like and serve it chilled.
