Chicken Shawarma is a tasty chicken wrap that is popular all over the world. Shawarma is usually made from marinated chicken or meat that is slow roasted on a special vertical spit for hours on end. Once cooked, thin slices of the chicken/meat are shaved off and stuffed inside a flatbread along with different vegetables, like lettuce and various pickled veggies of choice. The flatbread can be pita or lavash. Garlic yogurt, hummus or tahini sauce can be added for more flavours.

The spicy, tangy Chicken Shawarma is not to be missed.
