Bunny Chow is a South African fast food made from hollowed bread filled with curry. It is believed to have originated among Indian South Africans in Durban. This dish has many variations as the filling can be made with chicken, mutton, or cottage cheese.

Chef makes the healthier version with veggies like potato, onion, peas, and carrot cooked in powdered masalas with a bit of water. This gravy is filled in hollowed out quarter bread and served.

This South African Bunny Chow is a breezy and zesty snack.
