Bhog Ki Khichdi is made without onion and garlic as it is made during the puja days and festivals like Navratri when many people fast. Made from lentils and rice (the chef uses Gobindbhog rice, an aromatic rice variety from Bengal), this unique dish is very flavourful and yummy too. Chorchori is yet another simple dish made from two to five vegetables mixed together.

Bhog Ki Khichdi and Chorchori make a simple yet delicious and filling combination for people who fast during Navratri.
