  • For Arbi Ka Achar

    • 1 cup boiled arbi

    • 2-3 tbsp coconut oil

    • 1 tbsp mustard seeds

    • 1 tsp fenugreek seeds

    • 7-8 curry leaves

    • salt

    • 1 tbsp red chilli powder

    • 1 tbsp tamarind pulp

How to make Arbi Ka Achar Recipe?

  1. Dice the boiled Arbi in medium pieces.
  2. In a pan, heat coconut oil and add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, diced Arbi and salt and mix well.
  3. Now add some water to the pan, cover the pan and let arbi cook for 2-4 minutes.
  4. Next, add red chilli powder and tamarind pulp to the pan and cook well.
  5. Arbi Ka Achar is ready.
