For Aloo ka Halwa
4 tbsp ghee
1 cup boiled & mashed potato
1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp fried cashew nuts
1 tbsp fried almonds flakes
pistachios for garnish
- Heat 4-5 tbsp of ghee in a pan, add 2 boiled and mashed potatoes and sauté till its golden brown.
- Add 4-5 tbsp sugar and mix it in the potatoes.
- When the sugar melts, add in the nuts and dry fruits and mix again.
- Garnish with sliced pistachios and serve.
