Ingredients For Aam Panna Recipe

  • For Aam Panna

    • 3 raw green mangoes

    • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

    • black salt to taste

    • ½ tsp green cardamom powder

    • ½ tsp roasted cumin powder

    • rock salt to taste

    • 4-5 mint leaves

    • 2-3 tbsp jaggery powder

    • water as required

    • raw green mango slice for garnish

    • mint leaves for garnish

How to make Aam Panna Recipe?

  1. Peel off 3 raw green mangoes and boil them.
  2. Once boiled, cool it for some time and separate the seed from it.
  3. In a mixer grinder, add 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder, 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder, rock salt to taste, 4-5 mint leaves, 2-3 tbsp jaggery powder, water as required and blend it properly.
  4. Aam panna pulp is now ready. Add some cold water to it & reduce the thickness of pulp.
  5. Garnish with raw green mango slice, mint leaves & serve it.
