Ingredients For Traditional Chati Di Lassi Recipe

  • 1 kg homemade curd

  • 1 liter water

  • 1½ tbsp salt

  • 2 tbsp roasted and crushed cumin seeds

  • 20 ice cubes (only in summer)

How to make Traditional Chati Di Lassi Recipe?

  1. Pour the curd in aluminium pot.
  2. Add water and arrange electrical madhani on it.
  3. Switch on the madhani for 10 minutes.
  4. After 10 minutes our Chati Di lassi is ready
  5. Now makhan floating on the lassi. Keep the Makhan aside.
  6. Now our Chati Di lassi is ready for drink.
  7. For serve - Add salt, roasted and crushed cumin seeds. Mix well and enjoy it.
