Ingredients For Tomato chutney Recipe
500gm chopped tomatoes
50gm roasted peanuts
50gm roasted sesame seeds
8-10 green chillis
1tbsp jeera
1teaspoon rai
Salt to taste
2-3 dried red chillis
5-6 curry leaves
Coriander
3tbsp oil
1tbsp black gram/urad dal
How to make Tomato chutney Recipe?
- In a pan, heat oil
- Add green chillis and chopped tomatoes
- Cook it for 15 minutes at low flame
- Put gas off
- Let it cool
- Take mixer grinder
- Add roasted groundnuts and roasted sesame seeds, jeera, salt, Coriander,
- And add cooked tomato and chillie purae
- And in mixer grind it
- Grind it till it become paste
- Take it out in another bowl
- Take another pan on gas
- Add 1tbsp oil
- When oil is heated, add jeera and rai and black gram
- Let it become brownish in color
- Add curry leaves and red chillis
- Fry it for 1-2 minutes
- Add this tadka with grinded tomato paste
- Mix it well
