2 cups soya chaap, cut into bite-sized pieces
10 pcs garlic
2 tsp cooking oil
1 tsp dark soy sauce
2 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup holy basil
5 pcs red chilli
1/2 cup water
How to make Thai-style Stir Fried Soya Chaap Recipe?
- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add garlic and chillies, and stir fry for 10-12 seconds until you smell the aroma.
- Then add the soya chaap and stir fry for a few minutes, or until the pieces are a lightly brown (if you like them crispy on the outside and soft on the inside).
- Add the dark soy sauce, sugar, fish sauce, broth, and basil leaves to the pan.
- Mix well and let it cook for 10-12 seconds.
- Turn off the heat and your Thai-style stir-fried soya chaap is ready to enjoy.
