Ingredients For Super Healthy Banana Bread Recipe
Multigrain flour- 1 cup (150gms)
Ragi flour- 1/2 cup (50gms)
Rice bran oil- 1/4 cup
Flaxseed- 1 tsp
Cinnamon- 1 tsp
Jaggery- 2 tsp
Banana- 4 small
Baking soda- 1tsp
Coconut milk- 200ml
Almonds, walnuts- handful
vanilla extract- 1/2 tsp
How to make Super Healthy Banana Bread Recipe?
- In a mixing bowl - mash the ripe bananas with a fork until completely smooth.
- Add jaggery, cinnamon, almonds, walnuts and baking soda
- In a separate bowl mix multigrain flour and raagi flour along with baking soda and vanilla extract
- Add the flour to the banana mixture
- Slowly add coconut milk and rice bran oil. Mix them well with an egg beater
- Pour the batter into a baking plan
- Bake for 40 mins at 240 degree Fahrenheit
- Check with the toothpick or fork to ensure it is done
- Remove from oven. Let it cool for few minutes
- Serve with hot tea or coffee
