Ingredients For Spinach, Mushroom, Potato Casserole Recipe

  • 5 medium sized potatoes boiled and cut into big pieces

  • 1 bowl spinach roughly chopped

  • 1 bowl sliced mushroom

  • 1 cube butter

  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour

  • 1/2 tbsp oregano

  • 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes

  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder

  • Salt as per taste

  • 12 cup milk

  • 11 bowl grated cheese

How to make Spinach, Mushroom, Potato Casserole Recipe?

  1. In a pan melt butter and add all purpose flour
  2. Add the mushrooms and spinach to it
  3. Add salt, chilli flakes, oregano and black pepper powder and mix well
  4. Add milk and stir well
  5. Cook for 5 mins till the sauce thickens
  6. Place the potatoes in a baking dish
  7. Pour and spread the sauce over the potatoes
  8. Add grated cheese over the sauce
  9. Bake the layered casserole in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 35 - 40 mins
  10. 1Once the Cheese on the top melts and becomes slightly brown and Serve Hot!
