Ingredients For Spinach cutlets Recipe

  • 1 cup med Besan / Gram Flour

  • 1 med cup Atta / Wheat Flour

  • 1/4 cup Rice Flour

  • 2 cups chopped spinach

  • 1/2tsp turmeric powder

  • 1tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1tsp green chilli paste

  • Salt as required

  • 1tsp garam masala powder

  • Pinch baking soda

  • Handful chopped coriander leaves

How to make Spinach cutlets Recipe?

  1. In a mixing bowl add Besan + Atta + Rice flour + baking soda + turmeric + Salt + ginger garlic + green chilli + curd + oil + chopped Spinach and mix very well. It will take the shape of a dough.
  2. Pinch medium portions from dough and give shape of Tikki or any shape of your choice.
  3. Deep fry till golden brown under low to medium heat.
