Ingredients For Spaghetti lasagna Recipe
Spaghetti - 2 cups
Onion - 1
Tomatoes - 2
Garlic cloves - 3
Corn - 1 cup
Bell peppers - 1
Pasta sauce - ¾ cup
Mozzarella cheese - 2cups
Parmesan cheese - ½cups
1Italian seasoning - 1tsp
1Salt to taste
1Coriander leaves - 1tbsp
1Extra virgin olive oil - 2tbsp
How to make Spaghetti lasagna Recipe?
- In a deep bottom pan, cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water. Drain water and keep aside.
- Take a non-stick pan, heat oil and saute chopped onion and garlic. Add chopped tomatoes, bell pepper and corn.
- Mix properly with pasta sauce and salt. Cover and cook the vegetables for few minutes.
- Then add Italian seasoning and toss the mixture . Transfer it to a bowl.
- Pre-heat the oven at 180°Grease the baking dish.
- Layer one-third of the spaghetti in the bottom of the baking dish. Top with half of vegetable mixture and one-third mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Again repeat layers of one-third spaghetti and the remaining vegetable mixture and one-third mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Finish with the remaining spaghetti and cheese.
- Bake for 20 - 30 minutes until golden brown and the cheese melts. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Enjoy!!
