Ingredients For Snacky Chillies Recipe
5 large Chillies
1 cup minced vvgetables, including 1 inch ginger, 2 hot green chillis & half onions
half cup Paneer
half cup boiled Rajma
2 cubes Amul Cheese
1 teaspoon All Purpose Seasoning Spice
half teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
How to make Snacky Chillies Recipe?
- Mix minced vegetables, rajma, paneer, 1 cube cheese, salt and seasoning all together properly, mashing the rajma a bit in the process
- Slice lengthwise into halves and de-seed 5 large chilles
- Fill the chillies with the prepared mix
- Grate 1 amul cheese on top of the 10 halves
- Bake in pre heated oven @ 240° for 20 minutes
