Ingredients For Snacky Chillies Recipe

  • 5 large Chillies

  • 1 cup minced vvgetables, including 1 inch ginger, 2 hot green chillis & half onions

  • half cup Paneer

  • half cup boiled Rajma

  • 2 cubes Amul Cheese

  • 1 teaspoon All Purpose Seasoning Spice

  • half teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes

How to make Snacky Chillies Recipe?

  1. Mix minced vegetables, rajma, paneer, 1 cube cheese, salt and seasoning all together properly, mashing the rajma a bit in the process
  2. Slice lengthwise into halves and de-seed 5 large chilles
  3. Fill the chillies with the prepared mix
  4. Grate 1 amul cheese on top of the 10 halves
  5. Bake in pre heated oven @ 240° for 20 minutes
