Sizzling brownies with ice cream Recipe

Melt the butter in microwave for 30 seconds and allow it to cool.

Chop dark chocolate bars into small chunks and keep 280grams in a seperate bowl for making chocolate sauce.

Sift All purpose flour,salt,cocoa powder in a bowl.

Preheat oven to 350° F for 10 minutes.

Line a 8*4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

Take melted butter,egg,Vanilla extract in a mixing bowl and whisk until it combines well.

Add white and brown sugar and mix well.

Add the sifted flour mixture in batches and fold the flour with liquid ingredients.

Finally mix 87 grams of chopped chocolate chunks in brownie batter.

Transfer the brownie batter into lined loaf pan and spread till edges.

Bake brownies in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until center gets set and top starts to crack.

After 15 minutes check for the doneness of brownies by inserting tooth pick.

Toothpick should turn up with streaks of batter and a few moist crumbs for perfect brownies.Unmold carefully after 10mts and slice them only after it has cooled down completely.

Add milk and remaining chocolate chunks in microwave safe bowl and microwave at high for 1 minute stirring in between after 30 seconds.

Heat sizzler plate at low flame till red hot and carefully place the hot plate in a sizzler tray using tongs.

For one serving of sizzling brownies add 1 crushed cookies as the base then 1 piece of brownie and finally add 1 scoop of icecream on top.Pour chocolate sauce in the sizzler plate and finally drizzle some chocolate sauce on top of ice cream and garnish with nuts.

In few seconds chocolate sauce starts to sizzle and then hot sizzling brownie is ready to serve.Continue the same for preparing other servings of sizzling brownies.
