Ingredients For Sham shavera ghevar Recipe

  • 1 cup maida flour

  • 1teaspoon chickpea flourà

  •  1 tablespoon ghee,

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  •  1 cup milk

  • 2 cups water

  • ghee for frying

  • To make syrup

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup water.

  • 10-15 threads saffron.

  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder.

  •  1 small cup mix dry fruit.

  •  2 to 3 drops of lemon juice

  • For decoration

  • 10 to 12 pistachios cut into long slices.

  • 5 to 6 drops of Rose Essence / Kevada Water

  •  For Rabdi

  • For savera rabdi

  • 2 shredded carrot.

  • 1 tablespoon ghee

  •  500ml milk

  •  150 ml milkmaid

  • 50 gms Khoya

  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder

  • 2 tbsp Mix Dry Fruit Crushed

  • For shaam rabdi

  • 1 cup jamun pulp

  • 1 tablespoon ghee

  • 500 ml milk

  • 150 ml milkmaid

  • 50 grams khoya

  • 2 tablespoons mix dry fruit powder

  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder

  • Rose petals

  •  Slicing of pistachios

How to make Sham shavera ghevar Recipe?

  1.  First of all, take a bowl and take the frozen ghee in it, then add ice cubes in it and then whisk the ghee thoroughly.  Whisk until the ghee is completely white. Then add a little milk and whisk.
  2. Then  slowly add chickpea flour and maida .  Do not add all the flour at once.  Otherwise, it will look like a lump and if it does, it will not get better.  After all the flour and milk and ghee have been mixed evenly, add cold water of ice and prepare a thin solution.  Now heat the ghee on the other side.  Put the mixture on ice and keep it aside till the ghee is hot.  Now when it is hot add lemon juice to the mixture and mix everything again.  Ghewar will be more crispy with lemon juice.
  3.  Now when the ghee is hot, put a round cutter in the middle to make all the ghever same size.  Ghee has to be frying hot.
  4.  Now when the ghee is hot, add the mixture little by little with the help of a spoon from the top so that the Ghever looks neat and very nice.  I used four teaspoons of the mixture to make a Ghever.  So that the second can be the same size.  Do fry it till it turns golden brown fr First of all, take a pot and heat the ghee in it, then add carrot peel and fry it.  Once the carrots are tender, add milk, milk mead and mash and mix everything.  Stir the mixture constantly.  When the mixture thickens, turn off the gas and mix the cardamom powder with the dry fruit powder and then leave the rubber to cool.  So the morning rubbery is ready.
  5. Now let's prepare the syrup to be applied on the ghewar.  Take a bowl, mix sugar and water in it and let it boil and make 1.5 strings of syrup. Then add 2 to 3 drops of lemon juice in it and then add saffron and cardamom powder in it. Mix everything and keep the syrup aside.  If you want to eat only syrup head ghee then add syrup on the oil and then add pistachio slices mixed with dried fruit powder and serve.
  6. First of all, take a pot and heat ghee in it, then add carrot peel and fry it.  Once the carrots are tender, add milk, milk maid and mash and mix everything.  Stir the mixture constantly.  When the mixture thickens, turn off the gas and mix the cardamom powder with the dry fruit powder and then leave the rabdi to cool.  So the savera rabdi is ready.
  7. Now let's prepare the syrup to be applied on the ghewar.  Take a bowl, mix sugar and water in it and let it boil and make 1.5 strings of syrup. Then add 2 to 3 drops of lemon juice in it and then add saffron and cardamom powder in it. Mix everything and keep the syrup aside.  If you want to eat ghewar with syrup only then pour syrup on the ghewar and then sprinkle pistachio slices mixed with dried fruit powder and serve.
  8. Now take a ghevar and on the to of the ghevar half part put jamun rabadi and next half part put the carrot rabadi . And decoret with pista slice and rose petals. Then serve sham shavers ghevar
