Water half litre
Sugar (According to taste)
Cardamom 2-4 pieces
2 Sliced white Bread
Oil for deep fry
Rabri 100g
Chopped Dry fruits
How to make SHAHI TUKDA Recipe?
- Heat pan for making Chasni ,add water , sugar and cardamom. Boil it for 10-15mins . Let it cool.
- Take one bread slice, cut it into 2 parts . Heat the oil in a pan and then deep fry these breads.
- Soak the fried bread in the chasni for 5mins ,place it in a plate ,pour rabdi over it . Garnish it with some dry fruits.
