How to make Shahi Mutton Korma Recipe?

  1. Heat the cooker
  2. Add ghee when hot
  3. Add onion and fry
  4. When onion becomes little brown take it out
  5. Put the ginger garlic paste in the cooker
  6. Add curd-250gm
  7. Add Tez paate
  8. Add mutton
  9. Add pise masale - bit of haldi, mirch-1 teaspoon, 2 teaspoon coriander powder

  19. Add khoya or usse bhi bhuune
  20. After 1-2 min add dry fruits paste or bhunne
  21. After 1-2 min curd
  22. 10 min Paani daalke pakaye
  23. Mutton jab pak jaaye usme add kare kashmiri lal mirch - 1 spoon, gulaab jal 1/2spoon, cream - 1/2 cup
  24. Mix well
