Ingredients For Schezwan Prawns and Egg Chow Chow Noodles Recipe

  • 🔪Cut the vegetables and the Eggs in Julienne🔪

  • 2 Green Capsicum

  • 2 Carrots

  • 10 French Beans

  • 4 Spring Onions

  • 20 Prawns

  • 2 Eggs

  • Salt (quantities mentioned beloGhee or Oil (quantities mentioned below)

  • 2 packet Hakka Noodles

  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala

  • 1 Chicken Maggie

  • 1/2 tsp Soya sauce

  • 1 tsp Tomato sauce

  • 1/2 tsp Schezwan sauce

How to make Schezwan Prawns and Egg Chow Chow Noodles Recipe?

  1. Let's get cooking 🍝 Take 2 eggs.🍳 Add 1/4 tsp salt. Beat the eggs with a hand whisk. Keep a frying pan on the burner at medium flame. After the pan heats, add 1 tsp ghee or oil and add the 2 eggs to the frying pan. First cook one side of the egg and than turn the egg and cook the other side. Cook for 5 minutes. Keep it aside. After the eggs cool down, cut them in Julienne.
  2. Next... Take the prawns. Add 1 pinch of salt. Keep a frying pan on the burner at medium flame. After the pan heats, add 1 tsp ghee or oil and add the prawns to the frying pan. Keep stirring the prawns until the prawns are cooked. Take them aside in a kadai.
  3. Keep a frying pan on the burner at medium flame. After the pan heats, add 1 tsp ghee or oil and add the green capsicum and add 1/4 tsp salt and stir fry them for about 3 minutes. Take it aside in the kadai.
  4. Than, add 1 tsp ghee or oil  and add the carrots and add 1/4 tsp salt and stir fry them for about 3 minutes. Take it aside in the kadai.
  5. Than, add 1 tsp ghee or oil  and add the french beans and add 1/4 tsp salt and stir fry them for about 3 minutes. Take it aside in the kadai.
  6. Than, add 1 tsp ghee or oil and add the spring onion and add 1/4 tsp salt and stir fry them for about 3 minutes. Take it aside in the kadai.
  7. Than, add 1 tsp ghee or oil  and add the spring onion greens and add 1/4 tsp salt and stir fry them for about 3 minutes. Take it aside in the kadai.
  8. ....Swich off the burner ....... In the same veggie and prawns kadai add the julienne eggs. Than, add 1/2 tsp soya sauce, Add 1 tsp tomato sauce, Add 1/2 tsp schezwan sauce, Add 1/2 tsp garam masala, Add 1 Chicken Maggie ............... .....Mix all the ingerdients...... 🍴This task is done..... Now Next.....🍴
  9. To Cook the Noodles.... 1). Take a handi, add 1 litre water and keep to boil. 2). Add 1/2  tsp salt. 3). After water boils, add the hakka noodles and cook for 5 minutes. 4). After the noodles are cooked immediately strain off the water with a strainer. 5). Finally.....add the noodles in the veg, prawn, egg kadai and give it a good stir for about 3 minutes.
