Ingredients For Sattu Paratha Recipe
3 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Water
1/2 TSP Salt
2 cups Roasted Gram Flour (Sattu)
2 Onions , finely chopped
3 Green Chillies , finely chopped
6 cloves Garlic , finely chopped
1 inch Ginger , finely chopped
3 tablespoon Coriander (DhaniLeaves , chopped
1 tablespoon Mustard oil
1 tablespoon Pickle Masala
1/2 Tsp Carom Seed (Ajwain)
1/2 Tsp Nigella Seed (Kalonji)
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
How to make Sattu Paratha Recipe?
- To Prepare dough, add flour in a bowl, add 1/2 tsp salt and required amount of water. Knead into a soft dough. Keep Aside.
- To prepare stuffing, add sattu in bowl.
- Next add onion, green chilli, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, carom seed, nigella seed, lemon juice, salt, pickle masala and mustard oil.
- Add required amount of water and mix well so that stuffing becomes moist to fill easily.
- Take a portion and make balls of dough.
- Fill the stuffing and seal properly.
- Flatten the dough balls and roll into parathas.
- Place the rolled paratha on hot tawa and cook on both sides applying ghee.
- Serve with Roasted Tomato Chutney or Baingan ka Chokha
