Ingredients For Sarson ka saag Recipe

  • 2 bunch sarson 2 bunch bathua 1 bunch palak 4 onions 20 garlic cloves 2 no ginger 2 red chilli whole 1 pinch asafoetida 2 tbs coriander powder 1 tbs Red chilli powder 1 tbs garam masala Salt as per taste

  • 2 trap ghee,garlic ,salt

  1. Firstly washed all spinich and boiled it
  2. Then take a pan add ghee
  3. Cumin seeds,garlic,tomato paste paste add salt,
  4. Turmeric,red chilli powder,mix it and coverd it 10 min.
  5. Then add boiled and grind spinich
  6. And mix it properly
  7. Cook 10 min then serve it
