Ingredients For Sabudana Vada Recipe

  • Sabudana / Sago- 1 Cup

  • Water- 1 Cup

  • Peanuts 1/2 Cup

  • Boiled Potatoes-3-4

  • Pink Salt/ Rock Salt to taste

  • For Tadka (Oil, Crushed Green chillies, Cumin seeds)

  • oil to Shallow fry

  • Green Chillies 2-3

  • Coriander leaves- Handful

  • Pink Salt/ Rock Salt

  • Curd

  • lce Cubes-2-3

How to make Sabudana Vada Recipe?

  1. Wash sabudana 2-3 times with water and soak for 5-6 hours
  2. Bail 3-4 potatoes and Mash them
  3. Grind the peanuts but do not grid too much.
  4. Mix soaked sabudana, mashed potatoes, crushed peanuts, pink Salt
  5. Give tadka with oil+ crushed green chillies +jeera
  6. Knead and Mix all & make vada
  7. Shallow fry the vadas in ail tll golden colour or tll crispy.
  8. Grind all the ingredients together
  9. Add lce cubes to make it smooth if they chutney is too thick
  10. Serve Hot Sabudana vadas with peanut chutney and enjoy
