Ingredients For ROSE & PAAN FUSION GATEAU Recipe

  • 1 cup All purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar

  • 1/4 cup Oil

  • 1 Tbsp Butter

  • 150gm Milkmaid

  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda

  • 150 ml Drinking soda

  • 1/2 cup Milk

  • Essence - Rose & Paan

  • Food Colour- Pink & Green

  • Tutti Fruity

  • 3 tbsp Gulkand

  • 1 Paan leaf

  • 300 ml(approWhipping Cream

  • Piping Bag

  • Star Nozzle

How to make ROSE & PAAN FUSION GATEAU Recipe?

  1. Mix Powdered Suger + Butter + Oil. Beat them properly
  2. Add milkmaid to it and beat again
  3. Mix All purpose flour + Baking Powder + Baking Soda
  4. Mix Dry ingredients into Wet ingredients in batches and add Drinking Soda in it
  5. Add 2-3 spoon milk to make a smooth batter
  6. Add 1Tsp Rose essence + Few drops of Pink color for Rose flavour Sponge Add 1/2 Tsp Paan essence + Few drops of Green Colour + Crushed Paan Leaf for Paan flavour Sponge
  7. Bake both the batters at 170° in pre heated oven for 25-30 minutes
  8. When Sponge is baked, keep them aside at room temperature for cooling down
  9. After 3-4 hrs of cooling Sponge is ready for Icing
  10. Beat the Whipping Cream
  11. Cut both sponge in 2 layers
  12. Firstly, take layer of rose flavour,  moist with water, spread Whipping cream on it properly and spread some gulkand on this layer.
  13. Keep layer of paan flavour on it, moist with water, spread Whipping cream and then spread Tutti Fruity on it.
  14. For 3rd & 4th layer Repeat step 12 & 13 respectively
  15. Now crumble coat the cake and freeze it for 30 minutes.
  16. Decorate it with Whipping cream as per ur choice using piping bag and star nozzle
