- Ragi flour
- 7)green chillies
- 9)Chilli flakes

- Take 1 cup of ragi flour and add salt, baking soda (pinc.
- Knead dough with water and curd.
- Give 15 min rest .
- Take a pan add tomato puree and chopped onions .
- 5)Cook it for 4-5 mins .
- Add salt ,pepper, chilli flakes and oregano.
- Now make a medium size roti from ragi dough .
- Cook the roti on tawa for 2-3 mins .
- Now apply tomato sauce that we prepared before .
- 10)Put cheese slice and chopped onions, capcium, and tomatoes .
- 1Grate some mozrella cheese .
- 1cover the lid and cook it for 2-3 mins .
- 1It's ready , enjoy hot.
