  • 250 grm rabri

  • 1 cup chilled whipping cream

  • Gulab jamun

  • Almond chopped

  • Pista chopped

  • Cashew chopped

How to make Rabri mousse Recipe?

  1. Whip the whipping cream with a hand mixer into a soft peaks
  2. In a another Bowl whip rabri into a smooth consistency
  3. Mix the rabri and whipped cream with a spatula in a cut fold method
  4. Add some dry fruits
  5. In a mousse cup place some chopped gulab jamun and pipe the mixture
  6. Garnish it with some dry fruits and gulab jamun
