Ingredients For Pumpkin and Potato Bhaaji Recipe
Red pumpkin 250gms diced in small cubes
Potato 250gms diced in small cubes
Green Chilli 3-4 chopped
1 Onion medium sized chopped
1½ tsp chopped ginger
1½ tsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp chopped coriander
4-5 tbsp Oil
½tsp Mustard
1½tsp Jeera (Cumin)
1Curry leaves 8-10
1½tsp turmeric powder
1Salt as per taste
How to make Pumpkin and Potato Bhaaji Recipe?
- Step 1- Add diced red pumpkin, potatoes, chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, 1tbsp of coriander, chopped green chillies, turmeric, salt(as needein bowl and mix well.
- Step 2- In a pan add oil and heat
- Step 3- Add mustard, cumin and curry leaves to the oil and let it splutter.
- Step 4- Add the pumpkin and Potato mixture to the pan and cook on high flame for 1-2 minutes without lid.
- Step 5- After 1-2 minutes, low the flame, put the lid and cook for 5-10 minutes stirring at frequent intervals.
- Step 6- Turn off the flame and remove it in a bowl.
- Step 7- Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
