1 cup multi grain wheat flour
salt
assorted dry fruits (blue berries, cranberries, roasted almond, raisins, walnuts)
oats powder
2 cup jaggery powder
Half cup butter
2-3 tbsp milk (if the mixture becomes dry)
How to make Power-Up Multi Grain Oats Gluten Free Cookies Recipe?
- Dry roast whole wheat flour for 3-5 min on medium-low flame.
- Cream the butter and jaggery.
- Add the dry ingredients (wheat flour, oats powder, dry fruits, pinch of salt).
- Add milk if required.
- Shape the cookies and design accordingly.
- On a baking tray, line butter paper.
- Bake 180° for 15 min
- Plate the cookies & enjoy!
