Poha -2 cup
Peas 1/4 cup (boiled)
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Grated peanuts - 2tbps
Salt to taste
Oil-1 tbps
Green chilly - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
How to make Poha Recipe?
- Take poha and wash and drain it well and shoke it 5 min.
- Take a pan add oil and heat it add mustard seed, green chilly and curry leave and peas..
- Roast all item than mix poha in it.
- Mix it very well 4-5 minutes..
