Ingredients For Passion Fruit Souffle Recipe

  • Passion Fruit - 3 nos

  • Eggs - 2nos

  • Castor Sugar - 4 tbsp plus little extra for dusting

How to make Passion Fruit Souffle Recipe?

  1. Grease the ramekins for baking with butter
  2. Dust the ramekins with castor sugar. Dip the edges in castor sugar and keep it aside
  3. Separate egg whites and egg yolk
  4. Beat 2 egg whites in a bowl until you get stiff peaks
  5. Take pulp from passion fruit
  6. Strain the pulp and extract pure passion fruit juice
  7. Add 1 egg yolk to passion fruit juice
  8. Add 4 tbsp castor sugar
  9. Beat well until creamy
  10. Add egg whites in 2 batches and gently fold together
  11. Fill the mix in ramekins till the edges
  12. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 8 minutes
  13. Dust with castor sugar and serve hot
