Passion Fruit - 3 nos
Eggs - 2nos
Castor Sugar - 4 tbsp plus little extra for dusting
How to make Passion Fruit Souffle Recipe?
- Grease the ramekins for baking with butter
- Dust the ramekins with castor sugar. Dip the edges in castor sugar and keep it aside
- Separate egg whites and egg yolk
- Beat 2 egg whites in a bowl until you get stiff peaks
- Take pulp from passion fruit
- Strain the pulp and extract pure passion fruit juice
- Add 1 egg yolk to passion fruit juice
- Add 4 tbsp castor sugar
- Beat well until creamy
- Add egg whites in 2 batches and gently fold together
- Fill the mix in ramekins till the edges
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 8 minutes
- Dust with castor sugar and serve hot
