INGREDIENTS

  • burger bun,
  • butter,
  • 1 capsicum chopped,
  • 1 onion
  • chopped,
  • 1 tomato chopped,
  • 200 gm panne,
  • 1 cub cheese
  • grated,
  • 2 sp ginger garlic paste,
  • 1/2 sp chaat masala,
  • 2 sp
  • schezwan paste,
  • coriander,
  • salt

PREPARATION

  1. 1

    heat some butter in a pan add onion, ginger garlic paste, capsicum and tomato add salt, chat masala, schezwan paste mix well and add paneer and cheese and cook the masala.

    add coriander and mix it well. and keep the filling aside.

    Take a burger bun and fill it with the cooked filling.

    in a tawa add some butter, onion, cheese, coriander, schezwan paste and saute it.
  5. 5

    Roll the filled burger on the tawa and toast it on all sides. Punner burger is ready.
