Ingredients For Palak Paneer Paratha Recipe

  • For dough

    • 2 cups whole wheat flour

    • 1 cup palak puree

    • salt to taste

    • 2 tbsp oil

    • water as required 

  • For filling

    • 1 tsp roasted crushed cumin

    • 1 tsp minced ginger 

    • 1 tsp minced garlic

    • ¼ cup chopped onion

    • 1 tbsp chopped  coriander

    • 1 tsp chilli flakes 

    • salt to taste

    • 250 gm grated paneer 

    • 1 tsp kasuri methi 

  • For serving

    • curd

    • pickle 

How to make Palak Paneer Paratha Recipe?

  1. Take a bowl, add flour, spinach puree.
  2. Add salt and oil.
  3. Now add water.
  4. Knead it well to make a soft dough. Cover and keep aside for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Take another bowl and add paneer, cumin, ginger, garlic, onion, coriander leaves, chilli flakes, salt, kasuri methi.
  6. Now mix well.
  7. Divide the dough into equal portions.
  8. Take one portion and make a cavity and add paneer mixture.
  9. Seal it well.
  10. Now roll it on the rolling board.
  11. Heat tawa, cook the paratha on both sides using ghee or oil.
  12. Serve hot with curd or pickle. Or even both.
