  • For chutney: roasted jeera, 8-10 garlic cloves, coriander, 2-3 green chillies, salt to taste

  • Sugar, curd, pahadi nimbu

How to make Pahadi chookh Recipe?

  1. Add roasted jeera, garlic, green chillies, coriander, salt in a mixer bowl. Make a fine paste.
  2. Peel the pahadi nimbu properly and collect all the pulp in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the chutney, sugar, curd to the nimbu pulp as per your taste.
  4. Serve and enjoy. Do not let it rest for too long, it may get bitter.
