How to make Pahadi chookh Recipe?
- Add roasted jeera, garlic, green chillies, coriander, salt in a mixer bowl. Make a fine paste.
- Peel the pahadi nimbu properly and collect all the pulp in a mixing bowl.
- Add the chutney, sugar, curd to the nimbu pulp as per your taste.
- Serve and enjoy. Do not let it rest for too long, it may get bitter.
