Ingredients For OREO CHEESECAKE BITES Recipe

  • 1 (154packet of Oreo biscuits (crushed). 120g for the mixture and the remaining for the top layer.

  • 350g cooking white chocolate

  • 365g sweetened condensed milk.

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Butter and whipped cream

How to make OREO CHEESECAKE BITES Recipe?

  1. In a bowl over hot water melt the white chocolate.
  2. Once the white chocolate starts to melt add the tin of condensed milk.
  3. Add the salt & the crushed Oreo biscuits once the mixture is smooth. Mix well.
  4. Place the mixture in a greased baking tray (I used butter). Add the remaining crushed Oreos on top. Place in fridge to set for 1 hour 45 min
  5. Cut into bite size pieces and enjoy
