Ingredients For OREO CHEESECAKE BITES Recipe
1 (154packet of Oreo biscuits (crushed). 120g for the mixture and the remaining for the top layer.
350g cooking white chocolate
365g sweetened condensed milk.
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Butter and whipped cream
How to make OREO CHEESECAKE BITES Recipe?
- In a bowl over hot water melt the white chocolate.
- Once the white chocolate starts to melt add the tin of condensed milk.
- Add the salt & the crushed Oreo biscuits once the mixture is smooth. Mix well.
- Place the mixture in a greased baking tray (I used butter). Add the remaining crushed Oreos on top. Place in fridge to set for 1 hour 45 min
- Cut into bite size pieces and enjoy
