Ingredients For Nutri Tikki Recipe
Soya nuggets - 1 cup
Chana Daal 1/4 cup soaked
Green coriander leaves chopped - 1/4 cup
Green chilies - 2-3
Onion - 1/2 chopped
Ginger grated - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder roasted - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying
How to make Nutri Tikki Recipe?
- Soak the Chana daal for 3 hrs
- Soak the Nutri nuggets for 1/2 hr in warm water.
- Squeeze out the water from Nutri nuggets and put them in a chopper to make into a paste.
- Now drain the chana daal and grind it into a paste. Now mix both the paste and add the chopped onion, green chilies, ginger, and coriander leaves. Add all the dry masala from the ingredients.
- Mix everything together with hands. make round tikkis or cutlets in any shape you like.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Place the tikkis and cook them on low medium heat till one side is golden in color and cooked. Flip the tikki and cook the other side.
- Drain them on a paper towel and serve them with green coriander mint chutney.
