Ingredients For Navratri Special Farali Cake Recipe
Milk: 1/2 cup
Curd: 3tbsp
Oil: 4 tbsp
Powdered Sugar: 6-7 tbsp (as per need)
Cardamom powder: 1 tsp
Rajgira atta (Amaranth flour): 1/2 cup
kuttu ata (Buckwheat flour): 1/2 cup
Baking Powder: 1/2 tsp
Dry fruits
Baking Soda: 1/4 tps (1/2 tsp se thoda kam)
How to make Navratri Special Farali Cake Recipe?
- Mix milk, curd, oil, cardamom powder, sugar in a large mixing bowl.
- Now add kuttu ata (Buckwheat flour), baking powder and baking soda and mix well.
- Make sure you use fresh homemade powder, not the store bought powder, nai toh kuch flavour nai ayega
- grease the container with oil with hands🙃 and then dust koi sa bhi flour (rajgira or Fafaand by taping spread the flour(don't use fingers to spread flour, bas tap krnand extra flour ko phek Dena)
- transfer thabatter in a cake tin.
- Bake this cake in a pressure cooker , but make sure you remove ring and whistle of the cooker
- Bake for 22-25min or more (make sure you don't open the lid for checking the cake otherwise it will sink, try to open after 20mins, exact 22 mins mein ban jayega🙃
- If you are baking in oven then bake it at 160°c for 20mins (it may bake before 20mins)
- Do toothpick or knife test by inserting it, and if, it comes out clean then it's completely baked😬
