Ingredients For Mix veg sabji Recipe
2 medium sized chopped potatoes
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped French beans
100gm paneer cuted in cubes
1/2 cup green peas
1 inch chopped ginger
1-2 chopped green chillies
1 chopped onion
2 chopped tomatoes
to taste Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Garam masala
2 tsp Fresh chopped coriander for garnishing
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
How to make Mix veg sabji Recipe?
- Heat oil in a pan or kadahi over medium heat
- Add cumin seeds, when cumin starts to pop up add finely chopped ginger and finely chopped green chilli along with chopped onions.
- Futher cook the tomatoes for 4-5 minutes over medium high heat till they start becoming pulpy. stir them once or twice and reduce the heat to minimum.
- Now add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder.
- Add all the chopped mixed vegetables. Cover the lid and keep the heat at a minimum.
- If vegetables are cooked through add pareer and mix well. Then add garam masala powder and serve in a serving dish. And garnish with fresh chopped coriander. Serve mix vegetable sabzi with fresh paratha or Roti.
