Ingredients For Meduvaada Recipe

  • 1 cup lentils

  • 2 teaspoons rice

  • salt to taste

  • 4 ice cube

  • 3/4 finely chopped green chillies

  • oil for frying meduvada

  • For Sambhar :: 1 cup Tuvar dal

  • 1 teaspoon Tamarind pulp

  • 4 pieces of Sargava horn

  • 4 pieces of Dughi

  • salt to taste

  • 2 teaspoons SAKTHI south Indian Sambhar masala

  • 1 teaspoon red chilli

  • 2 teaspoons oil

  • 1 Rye

  • 4/5 neem leaves

  • 1 teaspoon ghee

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • half a teaspoon cayenne

How to make Meduvaada Recipe?

  1. Clean the lentils and rice with water, then soak it in water for 6/7 hours, then drain the water and in a mixer bowl add green chillies, salt and crush the crunchy medium.
  2. Take a lot of foam by hand.
