INGREDIENTS

  • Milk 1/2litre
  • Amul fresh cream 100g
  • Condensed milk 100g
  • Sugar (According to taste)
  • 2 Sliced white Bread
  • Rabri 100g
  • Chopped Dry fruits
  • Saffron Milk 4ts
  • Cherry 2piece

PREPARATION

  1. 1

    Step 1 - Heat pan add milk , fresh cream ,condensed milk and sugar . Cook it for 10mins and make it thick and creamy.

    Step 2 - Take one bread slice, cut its sides. Now Roll the bread and make it thin . Now spread some rabri on it . Then Spread some dry fruits too. Cut it into 2 parts and Roll it ,in cylinder shape. Repeat it with the second slice of bread .

    Step 3 - Place these rolls on a plate ,then pour that thick creamy milk over it. Pour some saffron milk over each Roll, then put the Cherry on top.
