Ingredients For LOADED RAITA Recipe
Vspice blend (2 tbsp)
5 to 6 button red chilies
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
2 cup fresh yogurt
3/4 cup diced cucumber- 110 gm
1/2 cup shredded carrot- 41 gm
1 1/2 cup chopped salad leaves (any of choice)- 70 gms
1 small tomato- 80 gm
1 tsp black pepper powder or freshly crushed
How to make LOADED RAITA Recipe?
- In a pan, dry roast spices in the spice blend.
- Dry roast at medium flame, stirring around occasionally.
- When your flax seeds start "jumping' turm off the flame and all allow the blend to cool down.
- Grind it and save it in a jar.
- Add 2 tbsp of the spice blend in a bowl along with all the other ingredients
- Toss everything around to mix it well
- Add about 1/2 cup of water if you want a thinner consistency of the raita.
