Ingredients For Kanda poha Recipe
1 cup flattened rice/poha
1 onion
2 Gaelic clove
3 green chillies
Salt to taste
1 tblsp coriander leaves
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tblsp lemon juice
1 tblsp oil
1 tsp Cumin seeds and urad daal
How to make Kanda poha Recipe?
- Wash n Sock the poha. Remove the water with the help of a strainer Cut the onion,green chilli and garlic cloves. Chop the coriander leaves.
- Add oil in a nonstick pan, Add urad daal, Cumin seeds. Let it crackle,add onion chilli n garlic. sauté untill transparent. Add salt n turmeric powder, Mix well.
- Now add washed poha, chopped coriander and lemon juice.mix well..
- Kanda poha is ready Transfer it into a plate. Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve. Enjoy with a cup of Masala tea..👌😋
