1 kg hung curd
500 gram whole sugar
2 tbsp milk powder
2 tsp cardamom powder
1 cup cashewnut
1 cup almond
How to make Kaju badaam shrikhand Recipe?
- While preparing curd add milkpowder to warm milk with 2 TSP buttermilk mix all well leave overnight to form curd
- Once curd is made hung it in muslin cloth in freeze for 2-3 hrs
- Then in a bowl on a Muslim cloth seive 1 cup hung curd with whole sugar 1/2 cup, similarly complete entire process with remaining hung curd and sugar
- U get shrikhand in bowl below add cardamom powder and cashewnuts and almonds to it,mix all well
- Chill shrikhand ,serve it
