Ingredients For Jeera Biscuit Recipe
Butter -100g
Wheat flour -200g (1.5 cup)
Salt -1/2 tsp
Baking powder -1/2 tsp
Baking soda -1/4 tsp
Jeera - 1 Tbsp
Milk -3 Tbsp
How to make Jeera Biscuit Recipe?
- Beat Butter for 4 mins in a bowl and beat till creamy butter.
- Take atta,salt, baking powder and baking soda and seive it and add to butter.
- Add jeera and mix gently.
- Add milk and mix gently till moist flour. Combine together and do not knead
- Roll cylinderical and flatten all the 4 sides.
- Wrap tightly with a plastic cover and shape it well all 4 sides.
- Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
- Unwrap it and cut it slice thickness.
- Ready to bake. Keep all the slices on a tray with butter/parchment paper.
- Sprinkle some jeera on the slices and press it gently.
- Preheat and bake at 180 degree for 20 minutes.
