Ingredients For Jalebi Chicken Recipe

  • Chicken - 250 gms

  • Salt - As per taste

  • Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tea spoon

  • Kitchen King Masala - 1/2 tea spoon

  • Curd - 1 table spoon

  • (Green Chilly + Ginger + GarliPaste - 1 table spoon

  • Elaichi Powder - 1 tea spoon

  • Cashew - 1 cup

  • Bread Slices - 3 nos

  • Milk - 4 table spoon

  • Pinch of Saffron

  • Mawa - 200 gms

  • Sugar - 1 cup

  • Red Chilly Paste - 2 table spoon

  • White Pepper Powder - 1/2 tea spoon

How to make Jalebi Chicken Recipe?

  1. Grind Chicken in a grinder
  2. Add the coarsely ground chicken in a bowl and add spices (Black Pepper Powder, White Pepper Powder, Kitchen King Masala, Salt)
  3. In another bowl, add milk and saffron and soak bread slices in it. Mix it well
  4. Add the mixture from bowl 2 to bowl 1 and mix it well. Keep this in the fridge for 30 mins
  5. Grind cashew and invert it in a bowl. Add mawa, 1/2 tea spoon elaichi powder and pinch of salt in this bowl and mix it to form a dough (this will be used a filling for jalebi)
  6. Remove the chicken from fridge after 30 mins and make small balls out of it.
  7. Flatten these balls and use the filling to roll it like a spiral
  8. Keep these spirals in fridge once again for 15 mins
  9. In a pan, take 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water and cook it till it thickens. Add pinch of salt, lemon juice and green chilly paste to this pan and cook for 2 more minutes
  10. Remove the spirals (jalebfrom fridge and fry it in a pre heated oil
  11. Once fried, dip these jalebies in the sugar and chilly syrup
  12. Serve this hot
