Ingredients For Jalebi Recipe

  • Urad dal - fine grinded in mixer grinder

  • Piping bag or sauce bottle

How to make Jalebi Recipe?

  1. Let's start with making the sugar syrup (chashni). Add sugar and water in a pan in 2:
  2. Put saffron or saffron colour.
  3. Heat on medium flame.
  4. Close the flame after one boil.
  5. While the sugar syrup is getting ready, you can prepare the batter of jalebi
  6. Add maida, ghee and water as required in a utensil and mix well.
  7. Add it slowly without any lumps. Blend the mixture well. Make sure that the batter is not too thick.
  8. Put oil in a pan with large diameter. The pan should have a flat Heat oil on high flame for deep frying.
  9. Fill the jalebi batter in a piping bag. Squeeze the bag to make spirals. Deep fry on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
  10. Take out the jalebis from the pan and dip them in sugar syrup for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
