How to make Jalebi Recipe?
- Let's start with making the sugar syrup (chashni). Add sugar and water in a pan in 2:
- Put saffron or saffron colour.
- Heat on medium flame.
- Close the flame after one boil.
- While the sugar syrup is getting ready, you can prepare the batter of jalebi
- Add maida, ghee and water as required in a utensil and mix well.
- Add it slowly without any lumps. Blend the mixture well. Make sure that the batter is not too thick.
- Put oil in a pan with large diameter. The pan should have a flat Heat oil on high flame for deep frying.
- Fill the jalebi batter in a piping bag. Squeeze the bag to make spirals. Deep fry on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Take out the jalebis from the pan and dip them in sugar syrup for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
