Ingredients For Instant bread malai cake Recipe
6 slices of bread
3 Bowls of ¼cups milk (100 ml of 3 bowls)
5 tbsp sugar
½ tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp Powered sugar
1 tbsp milk poweder
2 tbsp fresh cream
How to make Instant bread malai cake Recipe?
- Place a pan on medium flame add 2 cups of milk (100 ml each)
- Now add 5 tbsp of sugar in milk.
- Add ½ of cardamom powder in milk.
- Stir & mix well
- Allow milk to boil for 4-5 minutes
- Now in a bowl take 2 tbsp of custard powder & 1 bowl of milk
- Stir the better into liquid consistency
- Now add Mustard slurry into boiled milk & stir well into thick consistency on low flame For 2_3 minutes
- Add chopped dryfruit in milk. (Optional)
- Turn off the flame & cool down in room temperature.
- Now take 6 bread slices & cut the bread edges with the help of knife
- Tranfer the cream into a bowl & place in fridge.
- Now in a bowl take 1 tbsp Powered sugar & 1tbsp milk powder.
- Add 2 tbsp fresh cream into the bowl & Mix well
- Now take the bread slices & add the slurry (milk powder slurron it & covered with another bread to make a pair.
- Cut these slices into 4 triangles
- In the same bowl add 1cup milk & 1 tbsp Powered sugar & mix
- Dip the bread triangles in the sweet milk & place it on a plate
- Now pour custard cream over these triangles.
- Top up with some chopped dryfruits. Now it is ready to serve. Enjoy 🙂
