Ingredients For Indian Hot Soup Chicken Momo Recipe

  • Chicken - 650 g

  • Vegetables : Papaya, Carrot, Green Beans, Cabbage, Spring Onions } 500 g + Tomato - 500 g

  • Spices : Garlic - 12 cloves, Ginger - 4 piece, Onion - 1, Black Pepper powder - 2tsp, Whole black pepper - 10-12, Salt - 1tsp, Sugar - 1tsp, Whole Red Chillies - 4

  • Vegetable oil 1 tsp, Soya sauce - 1tsp, white Vinegar - 1tsp

  • Wheat flour - 500g

How to make Indian Hot Soup Chicken Momo Recipe?

  1. For making Chicken Soup : chop/dice all the vegetables
  2. 1ltr water to boil & take boneless chicken (150g with faand boil well
  3. 1 medium sized diced onion, garlic and ginger cloves in the steamed veggies
  4. add the chopped veggies + 1 tsp salt + 1 tsp pepper + 6 to 7 whole black peppers + 1 chopped onion + ginger + garlic cloves
  5. close lid and let boil for 15 mins
  6. For making Chicken Momo Filling : take ground chicken(250in 1tsp vegetable oil and ginger garlic juice + add chicken +1 tsp salt+1 tsp black pepper powder+ 1tsp soya sauce and vinegar & sauté well just to let go of chicken rawness
  7. 1tsp salt and stir well until coocked mild, gas flame medium
  8. 1 cup sprig onoon and cabbage in the chicekn & momo filling is ready
  9. For making Momo dough: add 1tsp of salt in boiling water & 500g maida
  10. stir to let go of maida rawness
  11. pound the dough well and roll to make small thin chapatis/ cut circles with a steel glass
  12. thinner the circles, the clearer the momos will be
  13. pour some of momo filling and fold the corners with a saree drape (big sport haha!) / any design of your choice.
  14. brush oil on the surface of the steamer, put the momos
  15. For making Momo chutney: steam/ boil 4 tomatoes and peel the skin when cooled
  16. make a paste of the tomatoes and add 4 whole dry chillies in the grinder & paste again
  17. strain and separate the juice
  18. add 4-5 chopped garlic in a pan fry until golden brown. add tomato puree and 1tsp salt
  19. after light boil, add 1tsp vinegar and stir well, add 1tsp sugar
  20. after 20 mins, serve the steamed momos in a plate
  21. strain the veg&chicken soup. you may re add the chunks of chicken
  22. the perfect, healthiest momo and soup combo is ready to be served
  23. serve(recommende: number of momos- 2-3/as of choice in a bowl of chicken soup topped with chunks of broccoli and drizzled tomato chutney. Voila! Enjoy.
